How long does delivery take?
We dispatch orders within 24–48 hours.
IN Metro cities: 3–5 working days
IN Non-metros: 5–7 working days
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link, so you know exactly when it’s arriving.
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
We accept return on clothing within 14 days of delivery (more than the usual 7 days), as long as:
1. The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
2. Tags are still attached
Just email us at hi@qoalaby.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the steps.
We do not offer exchanges at the moment. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
